Who We Are Looking For
We are an established Italian entertainment agency looking for young, reliable and attractive women interested in working as hostesses or dancers in elegant nightclubs.
No previous experience is required. Beginners are welcome and we provide guidance for those entering the industry for the first time.
What Does the Job Consist Of?
The role, often called “club hostess” or “figurante di sala”, consists of welcoming guests and creating a pleasant atmosphere inside the nightclub.
Your main tasks include:
- Talking and socializing with customers
- Sitting at tables with guests
- Drinking beverages together (alcohol is not mandatory)
- Dancing occasionally on the dance floor
- Creating a fun and friendly environment
The environment is generally elegant and professional. There is no obligation to perform shows or undress.
Working Schedule
- 6 nights per week
- From approximately 22:30 to 04:30
- One day off per week
Weekend-only work is generally not possible because clubs require continuity during the week.
Work Locations
Our agency collaborates with venues across:
- Italy
- Switzerland
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- France
- Other European countries
We usually recommend working outside your home city for privacy, although it is not mandatory.
Accommodation Provided
If you decide to work in another city or country, we provide shared accommodation free of charge with other girls working in the same venue.
Transportation between the apartment and the club is usually organized by the venue.
Salary and Earnings
For beginners, the starting daily salary typically ranges between:
€60 – €70 per day (approximate starting range).
For experienced hostesses or dancers, earnings can range between:
€80 – €100 per day or more.
In addition to the fixed salary, performers can earn extra income through:
- Drink commissions
- Performance bonuses
- Customer incentives
Your final income is usually composed of:
- Daily base salary
- Performance incentives
- Free accommodation
- Transport between apartment and club
Arrival and Support
When you arrive in the city where you will work, an assistant or driver will pick you up at the airport, train station or bus station and accompany you to the apartment.
You will meet the other girls working in the venue and receive instructions before starting work.
